Thanks to the incredible work of journalist Susan Martínez these communities had a voice. Overcoming extraordinary challenges of physical endurance in a water landscape invaded by mosquitoes. Susan succeeded to convey the poignant stories of some of these families who have lost everything but she has also portrayed the resilience of these populations… We, at Action Against Hunger, are extremely grateful to Susan and Peter for their commitment and the very high quality of their work.
